DBands Functional Specific Training System - for improved speed, power and acceleration:
This training system was developed to support the method of DBands, including all of the anatomical, biological and bio-mechanical aspects and considerations. We have an extended stock of knowledge and experience, along with specific exercises to incorporate in your training program, whether you are a coach, personal trainer or a strength and conditioning coach or just wanted to improve your speed. It will also provide you with a vast variety of exercises to make your sessions more versatile. Dbands have been used successfully in fusion - weights training, TRX, sandbag, coordination ladder, kettle-bell - and to develop sport specific skills/strength in variety of sports such as Football, Soccer, Track and Field, Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Volleyball etc.
